Over 100 local businesses, including Nesin Therapy Services, were nominated for the Best Places to Work awards. Fifteen winners were chosen based on team effectiveness, retention probability, alignment with goals, and trust with co-workers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, work engagement, and people practices. A luncheon sponsored by First Commercial Bank was held on April 22 to reveal Huntsville/Madison County’s outstanding employers. Selection for the award was based solely on a survey completed anonymously by employees. Winners were chosen in three categories, 25 to 74 employees, 75 to 249 employees and 250 employees and above. Nesin was chosen a winner in the 25 to 74 employee category. Janine Nesin emphasized the company’s commitment to the highest standard of service as well as creation of an environment conducive to both the personal and professional growth.
